New user to the site, but I'm not new to the process of installing a graphics card. I will admit that I am pretty shaky and nervous when it comes to this so bear with me here.

I've recently went ahead and acquired a GIGABYTE GTX 1060 to replace my ASUS GTX 680.

Now I've been able to successfully boot up my machine and reach my desktop. There don't seem to be any problems there. However, I appear to be receiving this message and hearing two beeps from my headphones:

This seems to happen when I'm booting up Xtreme Gaming Engine (which is where you can change the clock speed, fan speed etc.). I'm unsure what this means, and if there's a process that I need to go through in order to have this resolved.

Hey.
For the screenshot... why is Gigabyte using nvFlash? This is a tool that is mainly used to flash/update BIOSes on graphics cards.
From what I see, update that program too, so it will recognise the BIOS of your much newer GPU.
To be honest, I don't see the point in it anyway, so you could remove the program. I assume nothing else is giving you errors, and the graphics drivers are working correctly.
So - perhaps update the program, or maybe just uninstall it.

I have no idea why it would be doing it. After I installed my GPU I went ahead and installed the necessary drivers.

Is it a simple process to update the nvflash? How exactly do I update it? At the moment things are fine but I'm still a bit unsure with the message.

I think its meant to run in DOS not in Windows.

And since you haven't given the name of a file ending with .rom or one of those extensions, it's complaining. If it's running when you boot into windows, it's probably in startup

Use something like ccleaner. If it's under startup, disable / delete the entry
