Good morning everyone,

I'm new to the community and I'm here to ask you for help.
I recently assembled a pc, for the first time in my life.

These are the spec:
  • MSI X570 Tomahawk Wifi
  • AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
  • RTX 3060 Ti Twin Zotac
  • Crucial Ballisitx RGB 2x16
  • Crucial P5 SSD
  • Seagate Barracuda HDD
  • Windows 10 Pro
With an LG 27GN850 Monitor and a lot of rgb fan.

Since setting it up I have always had the same problem. If I start any type of game or any app ( 3dMark) that uses the GPU, the computer restarts.
The errors I see in the event log are these two:

  • The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: \Device\Video3

  • Id Event 18 WHEA-Logger.
    • A fatal hardware error has occurred.
      Reported by component: Processor Core
      Error Source: Machine Check Exception
      Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
      Processor ID: 7

The details view of this entry contains further information.
I already:
  • updated drivers
  • clean re-installation of windows
  • disassembled and reassembled all the components of the pc
  • changed the motherboard
  • removed the XMP
  • changed the TdrDelay to 10
I read about conflict problems with rgb management programs, and in fact I immediately installed iClue, MSI Center, Logitech GHUB and AMD Ryzen Master on the pc after the first installation of windows.
Could they be causing the problem? But I have made a clean installation of windows and the problem remains. Could it be that some component remained despite the total cleaning?

Just one last thing, one or two times the game started and i played it for 2 hours without problem.

What can i do next?

Thanks
