Hello everyone, I have done this factory reset on the same laptop (Windows 7 Home 64 bit), the same way, twice already in the past. But this time when I try to do it, the following error message appears:
"Failure in restarting computer - Windows cannot restart the PC in windows recovery mode in order to the conclude the recovery operation"
I don't know what the heck this means, all I want is to do the factory reset like I did in the past, following the same exact procedure. How can I fix this issue?
