error in formatting

I recently formatted my C drive and now i am not able to start up my laptop....nothing is showing up on the screen..my laptop is an ASUS K53SM.......Any ideas wouldbe greatly appreciated

Of course you aren't able to start up. You formatted your C drive and thus removed your Windows installation. You will have to reinstall Windows in order to use your laptop again.
