[SOLVED] Error Installing Windows in VMware

Hi, I am trying to install Windows Server 2019 in VMWare (and tried Virtual box) to follow along an online course lab and i keep getting an error. "Windows could not format a partition on disk 0. The error occurred while preparing the partition selected for installation. Error code: 0x80070057".
I also tried installing Windows 10 and I get the exact same thing. Like I said I get the same thing with both VMWare and virtual box. Any suggestions?

You are probably not running the VMs in admin mode so they don't have access to write to the disk,especially if you use the default location which is on the C:\ drive.
