I know the light meaning the CPU and dram lights keep cycling back and forth. They never stop cycling. This is not a new build been running fine for about 2 weeks. System Ryzen 2600 Gigabyte B450 Arous 16gig vengeance memory.
Tried no video card no help swapped cables and monitor swapped memory always same problem.

have you tried running one stick of ram at a time to rule out a RAM issue?
