Specs:
- 500 GB HDD
- Zatoc GT640 1GB 64BIT DDR5
- Gigabyte Z68-UD3
- Powersuply 500 WATT
- 3 GB RAM (1x1GB & 1x 2GB)

I have recently build a new computer according the specs above. I have installed Windows7 on the HDD.
When I try to start my computer it get stuck at the black-screen with: 'error loading operating system...'. The weird part is that when i try it several times it will start up in the end.

Things I already have tried:
1. I used a HDD from my other working PC with Windows7. I still got the same error (didn't try it several times)
2. I have reset the CMOS en BIOS
3. I have used a Windows USB bootable installer. It worked directly. The startup-repair didn't give any reports
4. In BIOS i have checked that the HDD is recognized
5. I have changed the booting order in BIOS
6. I have reinstalled Windows 7

Do you guys have any idea what the problem could be?

(and yes I already have used Google to search for a solution (not one worked))

You should know that simply swapping a HDD won't necessarily mean it will boot up. If the hardware is almost exactly the same as the new machine, it will boot to Windows. If the hardware is too different, then the registry (which was built during initial OS install) will be too different and you'll have problems getting it to load Windows.

It's possible that your install disc/usb is corrupted. Can you create a new one?

I am going to do the following:

Incert the HDD in my other computer and use a program like killdisk to erase all data on it. Then i make een new bootable USB with Windows 7. And try installing it in the new computer with the 'fresh' HDD
