This one's fairly easy. Windows NT and 2000 (and I think even 98SE) have a program called Dr. Watson (drwtsn32.exe) that automatically writes GPF information to your \Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\DrWatson folder. This information is quite cryptic, but may help you troubleshoot your error. If you'd like to get Microsoft involved, they may ask you to run the .EXE prior to getting the error, so your system can perform an add'l binary dump which will tell them exactly what is causing your problem.
