Error Message Shown On Windows Startup

Hi There. I Want To Discuss With You About An Error Message Shown On Windows Startup. The Message Looks Like This :

" Intel (R) Management Engine BIOS Extension v3.0.2.000.4

2210 - Parameters Frame Error

ME BIOS Extension Module Execution Has Halted. Update BIOS Or Management Engine Firmware If Problem Persists.

2206 - End Of Post HECI Failure System Halted. Power Cycle The System To Reboot. "

Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33 GHz.
2 GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 310 512mb

If none of that worked, I would suspect the motherboard is bad.

When The Message Is Shown. I Press Ctrl + Alt + Del To Restart. And It Restarts Without Any Problem. If I Open PC After Shutdown Then Error Message is shown. i restart and it restarts without any prob.
