error message when moving apps to SD card

How do I clear an insufficient storage error message after I attempt to move an app to the SD card on my LG70

Free up more space on the SD card. Also not all apps can be moved, but I'm going to assume these are apps that have the "move to SD card" enabled and not something you are trying to move with a hack.
