Error message when trying to log on to windows 7 "the user service profile failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded"

My laptop was working fine until i woke up this morning and got ready to work, (i work from home) and this error message came, unfortunately i dont have another guest account. This is the only profile on my laptop. Now i cant even use my laptop anymore. Please help
