While playing WOT, the game suddenly shuts down and an error message appears as shown in the image below.
It says:
-video card error. This error is usually caused by video card drivers crashing. Try updating drivers etc...

The computer has been updated.
video card drivers are the latest.
The game has been reinstalled.
WOT support couldn't help.

Win 11 ver 23h2 22631,4460

-os: win 11pro
-prossu: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
-emolevy: Asus rog strix x570-f gaming
-muisti: DDR4 32gt
-näytönohj: Asus, Nvidia Geforce RTX 3070TI.
-kotelo: Corsair Carbide 200R ATX-kotelo
-virtalähde: Fractal ion gold 850w

Any help?

Have you tried running ddu in safe mode, remove the current Nvidia drivers, boot back into normal mode and get new ones again?

could try updating to 24H2 but I doubt it make any difference.

what shows in reliability history at same time as errors? It should show more there. Screenshots might help

Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions, but unfortunately it didn't help. Still crashing.

Those temps aren't extreme when under load.
Do you have a spare video card you can swap out to see if it's a specific problem with the gpu?
** Note: Remember to use ddu in sage mode to uninstall current drivets if you can get another to try. Then install the new drivers as Administrator for the swap card.

windows should be able to tell use something about what is happening. You could look in event viewer at time of errors and see if any mention GPU drivers in there.

Unfortunately, there is no other graphics card.

Okay. I'm playing and when/if it still crashes I'll take a screenshot of the event log.
Thank you both for the replies.

Can you please download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp and save it to the Desktop. Then run it and upload the resulting zip file to a cloud service with a link to it here. The SysnativeBSODCollectionApp collects all the troubleshooting data we're likely to need. It DOES NOT collect any personally identifying data. It's used by several highly respected Windows help forums (including this one). I'm a senior BSOD analyst on the Sysnative forum where this tool came from, so I know it to be safe.

Please be sure to change your system language to English before running the Sysnative app. Otherwise we won't be able to read the logs.

You can of course look at what's in the zip file before you upload it, most of the files are txt files. Please don't change or delete anything though. If you want a description of what each file contains you'll find that here.
