ERROR MSG CANNOT DISPLAY THIS VIDEO MODE

Hi I am having the same problems as this other thread and have turned the computer off and restarted it while pressing F8 over and over until it was beeping me. The fans are going and it sounds like it's working but NOTHING not even the Safety Mode. My screen msg says:

CANNOT DISPLAY THIS VIDEO MODE
CHANGE COMPUTER DISPLAY INPUT TO
1360 x 769 @ 60 hZ

It has always booted with this msg since I had a new ISUS video card installed about a year ago but it boots past the msg normally. I have a Windows disc in the DVD drive but it didn't start either?

Please help I'm freaking out 🙁

the computer sounds like it's running but nothing is happening

Have stopped and started it many times.

It did have an error msg a few days ago saying one of the hard drives was unstable or something and to back up........guess what a genius I am - I DID NOT back up 🙁

PLS HELP SOMEBODY
