Error: no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed

Keep getting this error message. I can't do any thing. Anything I click just repeats this error message. I tried turning off/on the computer and it immediately returns me to this. Not the best wth computers, if anyone has a simple solution it would be appreciated!

I have a hp pavilion 23xi computer,
Windows 10

I was able to get on after doing control alt delete which usually opens task manager. Was able to boot in safe mode. Computer loaded at a 10th ifcthd pacd it usually doss and nothing worked very well tough
