I'd suggest that you contact the software developer's customer support, to see if they can give you info on that specific error.
Another option would be to try cloning your drive with a different program, to see if the same thing happens. It wouldn't hurt to test the new SSD by downloading the manufacturer's diagnostic tool, to see if everything's OK with it. You could do the same with the source (the HDD) as well.
If you still haven't backed up all of your personal, I'd suggest that this is the first thing you do...
