Error on looking the specs of my PC

"Unknown system error: 0x80041002" when i use Speccy, it starts when i update my Bios from version 1.50 to 7.10 because im planning to upgrade my CPU to Kaby Lake. Thanks!

CPU: G4400
Mobo: Asrock H110M-HDV
GPU: 1050Ti
