Hi all, does any one know how to get rid of the message that appears
everytime I run the game. It refers to the Master Index mod I recently
installed. It keeps telling me that it could not verify the version of the
main executable. Everything still works fine.

Is there any way to remove this message?

Cheers Dre

If I recall correctly the method is, load up the mod into the TES
construction set with appropriate master files, set the mod as the
active file and save it, this should match up the master files specified
in the mod with the ones on your system.

Correct. If you're also running Tribunal and/or Bloodmoon you should
check the newly saved version of "Master Index" for changed GMST.
Those are GaMe SeTtings which might screw up some spells like "Call Wolf"
or "Summon Fabricant" (often called "unclean entries"). An easy tool to
find and delete these entries is TESAME (The Elder Scrolls Advanced
Mod Editor).

Ahhh, makes sense. I'll give it a try!

Thanks very much for the info.
