Error opening Help in Windows-based programs

Hi Everyone,

I have a brand new computer and have been updating it and all of a sudden after I reboot the computer, Microsoft Edge pops-up and displays THIS website.

What the heck is causing this??? I have checked event viewer and cannot find anything wrong. I've also checked device manager and every device is insalled and has a driver.

How do I prevent this from coming up at startup???

Like it says download the 32 or 64 bit help on the link you gave. Then it wont reappear

There is no windows 10 version and all the other versions say "This update is not applicable to your computer"

I am thinking that it's trying to display windows help because something isn't working properly within the computer.

This website is basically saying that the windows help feature is not included or is not supported in windows 10?

Look like it something you installed. check to see what it try to run.
"Error opening Help" something is trying to open a help file.

Oops forgot it's Win10 it doesnt work with it. Maybe an older program or something you installed needed it?

I did a clean boot and it still comes up....

yes. it something that you install that want to display a help file at startup.

Well I figured out what the issue was. It was our IBM emulation program, client access. I uninstalled it along with sequel and then reinstalled after every service pack and it seems to now have no issues.
