error or game don't start sleeping dogs definite edition

hi guys,I have a intel core 2 quad q9550 2.83GHz,6GB RAM,amd radeon HD 7570 1GB GDDR5 and windows 8.1 pro so guys I just recently install the game sleeping dogs definite edition but after I installed it shows a launcher so I click to save & run it just shows a massage unable to write to c:\programs files (x86)\R.G. mechanics\sleeping dogs - definitice edition\mechset.ini and nothing happens what should I do ?????? I have 11 directx,dotnet 4.6.2,latest adobe flash player and 2015 microsoft visual c++ ? please help me guys

Easiest way to get it to work might be to.. buy the game and not pirate it?
