Error: Please Help Me!

What is this error? I get this after turning on my computer!

Nothing really happens when I click Ok.
Sometimes after I click "Ok" I go to my task manager and there's a "Windows reporting service" or something along those lines pops up.

Have you made any changes to your rig recently i.e put in new RAM or a new GPU?

I swapped CPU + motherboard and then I got this message.

Not very old, 8 months old.
Went into Click BIOS II and it read 8GB ram installed.

Make sure all drivers are up to date and if so that is me out of ideas. As long as you PC runs without any problems i find that sometimes it is best not to worry about this sort of thing. Just to double check you are running a PC not a laptop or Apple and using windows not linux.
