About two months ago, I started getting error pop-ups, " Windows script host ", Can not find path script file "C:\Windows\h.vbs.
I don't really know why or how it began, and so on. It pops up every 15 minute or so, and I have just been ignoring it, but it's actually getting pretty annoying.

Not only that, but on top of that, my network seem to "disconnect", even tho I'm plugged in to an ethernet connection. The only "fix" that I have been able to do is by using Windows Network Diagnostics, but only works for some time. (1-9 hours) The Diagnostics claim that the "Ethernet" doesn't have a valid IP Configuration. Which doesn't make much sense to me.

Does anyone have an idea on why it began or a solution? I tried messing with my network configs and resetting it but no luck sadly.
Thanks in advance.
