Error - Printer Driver Was Not Installed (Windows 10)

I reinstalled Windows 10 a week or so ago and now I'm trying to install my network printer via TCP/IP.

It works on another Windows 10 computer but not this one. This one that can't install the driver possibly has a newer Windows 10 version.

Network connection is good via ping from PC that can't install driver.

Please help.

*I have to use Windows Update to find my printer listed but it still won't install.

Downloaded driver directly from HP and it installed without issue. (includes HP bloatware)
