Error putting in USB stick.

I get the error message 'G:\ The directory name is invalid." Everytime I put a usb into the port. I am running Windows 10.

For some reason I cannot format it. Or I am just dumb and cannot found the option.

EDIT: found it, tried formatting it and it did nothing. All I want to do is put files into my usb stick.

EDIT 2: I plug the usb stick into my other laptop and formatted and now it works on my other laptop, thanks!
