[SOLVED] Error: "The ordinal 43 could not be located in the dynamic link library - xlive.dll" ?

Hello. I want to play Resident Evil 5, but when i try to start the game, i get this error: "The ordinal 43 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\SYSTEM\xlive.dll"

I tried to to solve the problem by using different versions of the "xlive.dll" file, but the problem is not solved. Also, how can i fix the problem if the game requires the program "Games for Windows online", but the program is no longer supported ?

it means windows live is not installed, it has been discontinued for a while now
