Error : Unknown error loading Windows Easy Transfer

As per my title, this error message keep pop out when my pc is in idle. I never use windows easy transfer also. Need help how to solve this!!! 🙁

Windows Easy Transfer is a program to manually run to make a backup of your files (desktop, documents, etc.). That it is RUNNING and you didn't 'select it' means you probably have a program in your TRAY in the bottom right (DESKTOP view if your in Windows 8) that is running a 'backup' software and has a problem.
