Error using Windows Store in Windows 10

I have installed all the apps and programs I need for Windows 10 fine, but when I try to download Minecraft: Windows 10 Beta, it just brings the error: "Something went wrong. The error code is 0x803F7003, in case you need it".

Is this error due to the strain on Microsoft's servers or is a problem with my computer?

I'm getting the same error code and message when I try to update apps from the store periodically. I get the message 'acquiring license' and then I get the error code.

I'll go back in and the app updates just fine a few minutes later.

You're probably correct in guessing the servers are strained.

Haha I guess with everybody in the world installing windows, installing apps, and doing similar things the servers are having a tough time, just like the mobile network has when it is new years day.
