Error when installing programs in windows 7

When ever I download a game and install it i keep getting this error http://i.imgur.com/o7EFNaB.jpg

I've tried turning off windows firewall and trying it then and it still has the same error.

What has anyone has this error before or know how it can be fixed?

It's telling you the file is corrupt. From wherever you bought it, get another copy.

It happens with every install I do, even when i download them?

I believe its games mainly, although it happened when I was installing Uplay too.
