Error when installing windows 7

I tried to install windows 7 on a clean hdd and this error pops up before I can get to the install screen, what can I do?

Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? If this is the same installer you used prior, recreate your bootable media. Speaking of which, where did you source the installer from?

GPU: Palit GTX 1060 6gb
PSU: EVGA 500w white
OS: N/A

The hard drive is new with no data this is the first time I have tried to put the OS on and it might be worth mentioning it was to replace my old one which became corrupted after a windows 10 update, I had experience alot of issues on windows 10 and thought going back to windows 7 would be better.
