Error when windows 7 got loaded and in games

Hello,

I just started to fix my sister pc and I came up with problem where I can't solve it. When I restart pc I get error that there is fail missing duilib.dll and I've tried to search for it online and when I found it, I get error that there is problems with file(probably incorrect file...) I've tried to check this file with cmd sfc but it comes with other error again.... Any tips for a fix without windows disk?

She is using windows 7 ultimate.

These sorts of problems are often associated with installing pirated content. Running the proper installation files for games and applications will prevent this from happening.
