Error while cloning ssd

I just bought a new ssd (samsung 850 evo 120 gb ) and installed the data migration software included to clone os and some of my other files to my ssd. it started but after some seconds it popped up and error regarding drefrag. i then installed macrium reflect. But it showed an error too. i even downloaded easeus todo backup. I finally noticed that in my "computer" it doesnt show this disk. Does it have to do anything with the antivirus ??
also it always stops when it reaches 283 mb out of 51237 is it something with a specific program

It's more likely to be something wrong with the hard drive you are trying to clone from.
It probably has one or more bad sectors containing data which the cloning software cannot read, especially if it always stops at the same place.

If that's the case, cloning from that hard drive is out of the question. You will have to install Windows on to the SSD by some other method.

is there a chance that my kaspersky needs to get uninstalled

Do this and see if hard disk errors can be fixed, or bad sectors reallocated. Then, try migration again.

Your anti-virus program should have nothing to do with this.
