Error while upgrading

I decided to upgrade my pc to windows 10. i downloaded the installer media tool and Everything went fine until i was greeted with it stopping at 40% and saying it had problems installing some components. i was then greeted with an error 0xC1900101 - 0x30018 and then my computer was brought back to the way it was before i tried to install windows 10
i was upgrading from windows 7 btw

Uninstall any 3rd party anti-virus / firewall program first then try

That error may or can also mean a driver thats installed may not be compatible with Win10

like avg, ccleaner, or mawlarebites? that is all i have installed. would geoforce experience effect this at all?

ccleaner should be OK. Uninstall AVG then use their removal tool

If that doesnt work, uninstall malwarebytes then try again

it worked man thanks. uinstalled ag worked like a charm
