Question Error with faulting application

I keep getting the same error in my event viewer coming from here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AXSP\1.00.19\atkexComSvc.exe.
I saw that I can try to uninstall it but when i search my programs it's not there at all. I followed the file path and found it so i know it exists on my computer. Is there any fix for this problem?

what asus utility did you install?

um, im pretty technically inept here but i dont think ive personally installed anything from asus tbh
