[SOLVED] Error

I have windows 10 home edition. I want to fresh install of windows but when i am trying to do reset an error comes. The error is " There was a problem resetting your pc, no changes were made." I also tried using cmd command
reagentc /disable
reagentc /enable
But it doesn't got fixed. What to do now??

reset isn't a fresh install.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

boot from installer

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished
