[SOLVED] .NET Framework 3.5 installation problem ?

When I try to download .Net framework 3.5 it shows that 'this feature could not be installed.
Error 0x80070422

You can’t install it from the installer it’s built into windows and you have to enable the net 3.5 feature

i assumed he was getting the .net updates you get through windows update
