Errors on a fairly brand new PC

Hi, so I've been getting random crashes and freezes past the last 2 weeks. One day it will run perfectly without any problems, the other won't even let me get on the internet without it freezing. Most of the cases it freezes completely without coming back when i open twitch streams or games. If it doesn't freeze it gives a message like whea uncorrectable error, clock watchdog timeout, error manager etc. I've tried several things, one is updating all the drivers including bios, the other one was reinstalling the graphics driver, using command prompt to find corrupt files and checking and manually setting the fan speeds if its overheating but no luck at all.

the power supply is a CORSAIR 450W VS SERIES VS-450 as far as i know/ windows 8.1, do you need anything else ?

Yes, the rest of your components. An overloaded PSU can cause crashes, so we need to know what graphics card and CPU you have, and even unlikely contributors like the number of drives and fans.
Particularly if you built this PC yourself, did you reset the BIOS to defaults with the jumper when you finished building it?
Also, was Windows loaded freshly on this system, or did you (or the builder) move a drive from an existing system?

Edit: I forgot to add that also sometimes on start up an error comes up with the message "CPU Fan Error" and doesnt fix until i restart the pc several times.

Check if the cpu fan is working, check if your cpu is overheating, check if your vrms are overheating. Overall, this system is a very shit setup, alot of things could be happening.

Do check your temps, as there are any number of things that could be overheating.
If you never did, I'd reset the CMOS to defaults (there will be a jumper on the motherboard for that purpose).
The PSU, while not high quality, should be sufficient.
Go into the BIOS (after you reset to defaults) and adjust the CPU fan curve so it runs faster than the default. It need not be at 100%, but set it no lower than 40%, and 70% minimum wouldn't be a bad idea and wouldn't be intolerably loud. The AMD stock cooler isn't that good. If you discover that overheating is the problem, select a better cooler from http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html instead.

I'll check the stuff that you guys suggested and ill get back to you, the PC is still in warranty so i can send it back for repair, but the postage is a bit expensive here for a 10 kg PC and a large box. Anyway, will check and get back to you.

Your motherboard does not have heatsinks on its VRMs. It may be overheating. Check motherboard temps, and make sure you have some airflow through your case.
