my pc gets alot of problems extracting large files and i always get a corrupt error or some kind of the sort, if i take the same files to another pc it works fine. vista says that i have a memory problem, any help?

Use Memtest to check your RAM.
When you post back, post your full system specs including the PSU and any overclocks.

Yeah,I get the same thing from time to time with XP ,,[not any more tho,since I got rid of the swapfile] I think,,it is because for one reason or another your systems ram is not being released by the OS,you either need more ram?? or a memory manager that can recover your ram either on demand or automatically,microshift has always had problems when it comes to memory management ,could be 'cause everything still rides upon a DOS foundation...
