Question esat Y connector ?

I have 2 PCs with an esat cable from each going to a media server. I only use one PC at a time.

The medi server only has one esat input, so I am constantly unplugging the esat cable from one PC (to the media box) and connecting the other.

Is there any type of Y connector so I could plug the esat out from 2 PCs and plug it into

None exist and I could not locate an esata switchbox either.
