eSATA Port Multiplier?

Hello Everyone, I have a new hard drive enclosure with multiple bays (eSATA/USB3.0), and only one HD shows up in Windows when plugged in via eSATA. Based on my research, I would assume this means my motherboard does not support port multiplier. Unfortunately, my computer does not have USB 3.0 either. Furthermore, my PCIe slot is used by a large graphics card, leaving only a PCI slot available.

So my question is what are my options in regards to setting up this enclosure? It seems I would need to either add eSATA ports w/ multiplier or a USB 3.0 port to the computer in some fashion. However, I believe the PCI slot is too slow to actually provide good speeds, and there are few cards available. So I am uncertain how to proceed. Perhaps a router with a USB 3.0 connection and connect by ethernet? If anyone has any creative ideas, I would appreciate it, thanks!

P.S. This is my motherboard, so you know what I am working with
