eSATA Power Connection on CS StormTrooper

I have a CS StormTrooper case and I was wondering how exactly I would power my SATA device through the eSATA connection? There are eSATA-P's that from my understanding provide a power connection. I just don't understand the purpose of an eSATA port on the front bezel of a case if there is no way to power it....
