"Esc" And " ` " Key Not Working

These two keys are very faulty, both keys appear to use the function of both keys, meaning using either key will type the " ` " symbol and carries out the "Esc" function. I have a Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard, on Windows 10. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver for my keyboard, and it didn't work. I'll be grateful for any ideas or advice.

Thanks,on another keyboard I don't have the same problem, but I still want to use the Razer Ornata Chroma, any suggestions as to what I should do to fix the issue?

disassmble the unit and clean the area is the only thing I can think of, Usually keyboard shorts are caused by something spilled and sticking in there.

It's not a case of the keys literally not working, its a case of two different keys doing the functions of one another,I will still try this. By "disassemble" do you mean remove the keys from their 'sockets' and wipe the whole thing?

Yes, give the area a cleaning.

No, I'm the only person in my household that uses this PC, I'll reply to this thread once I've cleaned the keyboard.
