Escape Key only work after some keys

hello ,

i purchased new laptop but the Escape key doesnt work only if i pressed F1 or shift it works

then if i pressed it alone it work only if i pressed the some keys before it this problem in bios also

and safe mode

i installed Dell Keyboard driver and windows 8.1 my laptop model is 3521 i3

if the store has a repair tech have them check that the keyboard cable is locked in. if not you have a bad keyboard or system board and your better off returning the unit for a new one.

the store is really far from me i needed a shipment service to get it so i need to pay extra 200 egy pounds like 25 dollars to return it so if there is something i can do before return it btw i restarted the system 5 times now and the esc key working in bios and PassMark Keyboard Test but i cant tell if the problem will return and thx for your reply
