Question Escape key pressing multiple keys

Hi just turned my computer on tonight and it seems every time i press the escape key the keyboard registers pressing all the f keys and print screen key.. im wondering what could cause this as it wasnt doing it last night and i havent changed anything or used the computer since then!

would that only specifically effect the escape key? everything else on my computer and peripherals is working 100% as normal

i was guessing my keyboard is just borked for some reason though dont have another one handy to check just figured id post to see if there was any other reasons it could be happening
