Question ESD versions on amazon

So i recently upgraded my pc (including my motherboard) and didn't realise the product key was attached to the board. Thought i might as well just buy another key rather than re assemble the old system. Are these ESD keys on amazon legit? Because they're miles cheaper than buying them through microsoft directly.

If your PC wasn't a pre-built you should be able to use the license even with the upgrades.
Setup a Microsoft Account and link your current PC to it , then backup whatever you want to save and perform a clean install on your new SSD and activate it with your Microsoft account from within windows. Skip the key entry during setup and activate it from within windows with the registered Microsoft Account.
