Is there a way to test if the motherboard was partially damaged by ESD?,sometimes i have booting problems.

-here's the hardware:

intel classic series DG965RY motherboard.
intel core 2 duo e6600.
geforce 8800 gts.
windows vista.

-my problem is a bit strange,sometimes i don't get the bios screen and the windows starts at once,others i get the bios screen but the system restarts after the windows loads,and then the bios screen is gone again.......please help.

No, you would have to send it back to the manufacturer. Why do you think it got Zapped? Maybe you have other problems unrelated to static discharge. Could you clarify your booting problems and list your hardware?
