So I will be moving into an apartment complex in college station and they say that they have high speed internet, but I doubt it. What is the minimum ping and internet speed required to play elder scrolls online without lag.

Latency: 20-60 ms would be prefered, but you can easily manage with 80-100.
Internet line: 2mbit / 0.8mbit (up / down) is enough for 1-2(maybe 3) people to do online gameplay without lagg.

Hehe, well don't know if they refered to "high speed internet" as to the building, or to each apartment. But i doubt you'll have any trouble running the game lagg free.
