Sorry If this isn't the right place to put this but I was torn between posting this here or in the Power Supply Unit category.

Build:
AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Processor11W - 95W
Thermaltake UX100 38.82 CFM CPU Cooler5W - 10W
ASRock FM2A68M-DG3+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard15W - 60W
Patriot Viper 3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3-1600 CL9 Memory9W
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2 GB Video Card57W - 230W
406W

I'm planning on using a CX450M PSU.

Solution
Personally I like more overhead and I would go for a 550.
You are cutting it very close and the danger of this is....your loads can change slightly over time....406 watts might go up. ....and over time....and with heat....the output of the PSU can drop a little as well...and it may not even output a full 450 to begin with.
In an ideal world it would work but the world isn't ideal.....so you really need more than 46 watts of overhead.
