Just installed my new build everything seems to be fine installed windows with no prob but etheret cable doesn't fit. There's some some metal that is blocking way.

Solution
There are metal tabs on the I/O shield. That are supposed to rest on top of the ports blocks to ground them. You are supposed to angle the board when you install it so the board slides under them and they are in contact. If you don't you will bend the tabs flat across the ports and not be able to plug anything in.

You need to unscrew and move the board back an inch or two, bend the tabs back where they belong, and install the motherboard correctly.
You probably bent one of the little "fingers" on the I/O shield that are supposed to touch the TOP of the ethernet port. It is very easy to do and I have done it. Look closely, with a flashlight. The bad news is to fix that problem correctly you have to remove the motherboard, bend the I/O shield and reinstall the motherboard.

So that finger has to be outside the case?

No, inside, it has to rest on top of the eth-port.

Yup. That metal tongue, just to the left and above the blue audio port, should be tucked in above (in this image) the Ethernet port, inside the case. While I would recommend actually disassembling your system to re-position the motherboard, you could probably get away with either bending it out of the way, or snipping it off.
