Ethernet status says no internet access, ipv 4 and 6 both no network access, and yet activity shows bytes are sent and received. I'll link an image of this if i can. My pc doesn't have any wifi card so ethernet is the only option, but i tested wifi on a laptop and got "no internet access", i did a troubleshooting and it said "the remote device or resource wont accept the connection" I've contacted my ISP as well and there should be no problems. I don't know what to do anymore, please help. Here's the image: https://imgur.com/a/s92FjjC

Who manages your network router?

You will need to work with that person to set up the applicable network configuration and access rights.

However, you can give the built-in Windows troubleshooters a try. The trouble shooters may find and fix something.

Start wit "WIN" + "I" > Update & Security > Troubleshoot

Note: Actual path depends on your Version of Windows. The above path is for Version 1803.
