Ethernet cable not being detected on the Asrock Pro4

I have an Ethernet cable plugged in and it is not being detected in the system browser of the pro4. The cable works because I have tried it with my ps4

Do you have the Drivers installed in Windows? Or are you in the Bios? If so why do you need Internet?
