so basically my ethernet cable keeps disconnecting at random times and to make the internet work again I need to plug out the ethernet cable and plug it back in but it will work for about 5 mins then I have to repeat sometimes it doesn't even work and it's pissing me off because about 1 month ago nothing was wrong with my internet now it keeps doing it from time to time.

cannot change ethernet cable atm as it's ran thru the wall and I need to bust open a hole in the wall to change the ethernet cable... Please help me I'm tired I can't do anything at home it's really boring!

Solution
It sounds like your Ethernet cable is damaged. If your lucky it's at the end. If not, the damage is in the wall somewhere. I understand you don't want to dig into the walls. How about cutting off the end and rewiring it into a plug and then using a 1 foot patch cable.

You will notice that there are 2 wiring schemes (A&B) ... this guild will help you determine which to use https://acuitysupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/210113548-What-is-the-difference-between-T568A-T568B-

Solution
U didn't disclose whether you are using a patch, nor what normally I would do, test another machine in its place, or use my long 50ft patch cord just to test.

Assuming u did all that and narrow it down the problem to this cable, I'd say most likely the ends than the cable itself and the ends are easier to replace.
